- Recruited incoming undergraduates into the programme through publicity efforts at open house and Life Sciences camp.
- Recruited Life Sciences seniors and paired them with incoming undergraduate students based on the academic and interest profiles of mentor and mentee.
- Developed orientation materials and study plans for mentors to share with mentees.
- Organised two events each semester where mentors and mentees could mingle and engage in discussion.
- Monitored the progress of the mentorship programme through Google Forms and Google Sheets to ensure that key discussion points between mentors and mentees were captured.
